We are pleased to report that full service has now resumed. We apologise for the downtime on this service. If customers still experience an issue on a site hosted, please contact Support and we can look into this.

We're pleased to announce that the server has also now been moved to faster hardware, rather than running off backup systems. Customers should see an improvement in speed of their sites.

We pleased to report that all graphical statistics and traffic log files have been restored.

Permission reset is still being performed, but many accounts have been completed. Please be patient if your site is not currently available and is hosted on server 21.

Server 21 is now up and running and serving pages. Permissions on sites are being reset on accounts one by one. For the next few hours, this server will be running from backup hardware, and doing a transparent move to a faster host, which may result in some sites running slower than expected.

All web files have been restored. We are now in the process of resetting permissions on this server, which shouldn't take too long to complete.

We have restored up to the letter 'w' for accounts on server 21, we are continuing to restore as quickly as file transfer allows. We hope service should resume within the next hour.

It seems that two of the SSD disks have failed in this server, so we are replacing them. It seems likely we will be restoring from an image backup of the server taken around 1AM in the morning.

Unfortunately on rebooting the host server this machine sits on, a boot partition has failed. We are now working to try and repair this and to get the machine to boot. Please bear with us for the time being.
