TalkTalk has informed us they have an issue with their API where we're unable to obtain updates for broadband orders. They have identified the problem and are hoping to release a fix ASAP. Some orders placed in the Control Panel may remain at 'SENT' status, but should be processing behind the scenes with TTB/Openreach. If you have a query on a specific order, please contact our Provisioning Team.
