At around 17:02 today we saw a drop of VLANs on our Telehouse West core. There is currently no immediate explanation for this. We are liaising with Cisco currently to establish the cause. This will have impacted leased lines, broadband circuits and VoIP traffic routing to this POP. Affected circuits would have seen up to a couple of minutes of disruption. VoIP in-progress calls would have dropped, but any further attempts would have been handled via an alternative POP. Apologies for this unexpected issue.
