On 24th July, 2020 at 23:00 BST until 05:00 BST, our hosting data centre will be upgrading its infrastructure onto a newer and more resilient power feed.
As a result, shared Windows Web Server 19, which, according to our records, you host an account on, will be migrated into a new rack in order to provide you with the improved infrastructure services at our London hosting data centre facility.
When this server is being moved, no sites will be available on this server. The move will not affect Email or other services on your account.
What is the impact?
Several precautions are currently in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While the maintenance on some services may complete faster than others, we do ask that you prepare for the potential downtime of the full maintenance window.
The maintenance window is scheduled to begin promptly at 23:00 BST and ends at 05:00 BST. The estimated downtime per server is approximately up to 1 hour.
