The issue has been resolved. The cause was linked to a connectivity issue between the servers in the cluster.

Update [14/02/2019 10:39]

The control panel is now operational again, but needs to be considered as "at risk" whilst we continue to get to the cause of the issue.

The control panel is currently unavailable. The cause is under investigation. We hope to have normal service resumed shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience.
