Resolved [16/10/2018 08:59]

Virgin have supplied the following reason for outage:

"In relation to the issue identified in the London area regarding loss of service. This issue was fully restored at 20:43 yesterday evening when a faulty DC output breaker was discovered at our Hayes hubsite and services were moved away from it onto a different output breaker. All services have been stable since that time."

Update [15/10/2018 22:21]

The carrier has advised:

"We have seen services remain stable for over an hour now. Our engineers have moved our DC power feed on to an additional unused controller panel and this has currently stabilised the issue."

Please consider service to be at risk.

Update [15/10/2018 20:36]

We have seen a drop and restoration of the affected circuits. We continue to have little in the way of communication from Virgin about the issue and permanent resolution. Please consider the circuits to be at risk.

Update [15/10/2018 18:47]

All affected circuits are now back online. We await a Reason for Outage (RFO) from the carrier, and will share this in due course.

Update [15/10/2018 18:41]

We are starting to see some of the affected circuits return. We have received no further communication from the carrier regarding the cause or resolution of this fault to share.

Identified [15/10/2018 17:14]

The carrier has confirmed an issue within their network affecting the Hayes hub. We await further details and a fault resolution time scale.

Investigating [15/10/2018 17:05]

We are seeing a number of Virgin Media Business circuits offline. We believe this to be a major service issue affecting the carrier's network. Feel free to raise individual faults via the control panel and we'll update them once we know more.
