What initially looked like a line card failure turned out to be a software issue that caused a core switch to reboot. Most likely bug related. Raised with vendor TAC for further investigation. The outage was under 30 minutes for some circuits terminating at Telehouse West.

We are investigating a failure at Telehouse West owing to a line card failure.
A small number of broadband sessions may have been impacted, but have since recovered.
All leased line circuits have now recovered, and engineers are looking into the cause.
