Unfortunately, we will need to perform a switch reboot which will affect traffic on our hosting network for up to one minute. Due to the nature of this issue, this must be done within the next half an hour. Our apologies for the disruption this may cause.

We are aware of an issue which impacting the network at DC5 in East London. This is causing an impact to mail delivery on the shared hosting platform as well as performance issues for dedicated servers and VPS. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
